Arjan Kleinveld is one of the two Co-Founders of ONE. The heritage he brings with him is unrivaled and extensive but with ONE, for Arjan this is the start of a new era. He is rewriting history and the approach to technical system integration. His refreshing and entirely positive and creative attitude plus his business values, practices and personal beliefs are motivating and inspirational, qualities which continue to earn him respect and loyalty as they have done throughout his career.

Arjan is commercially astute, a creative thinker and a business cultivator with a genuine passion and affinity for technology and the industries he is involved in. He is dedicated to building a team that facilitates personal development and encourages growth whilst building a business that continually upholds his core values, focusses on clients and is flexible and scalable to maintain exclusivity.

As one of the two Co-Founders of ONE, Andre Klepper is perhaps best described as the technical driving force behind the company. The experienced, skilled and ambitious brain power behind everything IT and technology related within ONE. Someone motivated by a life long ambition to set up his own company that would enable him to focus on working with technical systems and products in their purest form so as to outperform all expectations.

Andre’s aspirations for ONE are certainly not simply based on hopes and dreams. They are the result of hard work, experience, realistic ambitions and a flair for technology that is truly is unique. He has a practical, hands-on approach that has formed the backbone to his entire career that has largely been based on self-made opportunities rather than time in the classroom. Despite a strong entrepreneurial proficiency at a young age, Andre recognized the importance of gaining commercial and technical experience before embarking upon his desire to set up on his own. Aged 22, he joined Van Berge Henegouwen motivated to increase his skill set and climbed the ranks to head up the technical department. A role that has earned him extensive knowledge of not only IT and technology but also of the superyacht industry itself.

Bas is responsible, on behalf of the client, for ensuring that every aspect of a project’s AV runs as smoothly as possible. His input and technical advice begins very early on in the project process, advising on the provided specifications, the actual technical functionality generated and evaluating the suitability of the system capability based on the client’s individual requirements. This support is extended to include advice on integrator selection backed up with elements of project management and quality control throughout the project duration and beyond. He ensures clients receive an AV system and installation that is operable, reliable and designed with functionality tailored to suit their exact expectations and requirements.

Bas brings with him 8 years of experience in superyacht AV & IT. His career has been born from two extremes: a personal interest and love of programming and a radical career change from life as an optician. Before joining ONE, Bas spent a significant time spent on board of numerous yachts as a service engineer working for Van Berge Henegouwen, experiencing first hand all aspects of the technical systems from both the end user and technician perspectives. His knowledge of onboard system functionality and usability form an integral part of his sales and advisory. His personal passion, onboard experience and understanding of user requirements ensure clients receive the very best out of their systems, suppliers and integrators.

Ronald’s role is to oversee and set in place the practices, processes and practicalities to ensure that every ONE XP project delivered is the best in class. From establishing contracts with local suppliers to implementing the companies long term operational goals, Ronald is the central pin, key to smooth company, project and team operation. His key assets are establishing local teams, providing them with the specialists they need and implementing improvements based on experience.

Ronald’s pedigree in business operations particularly in the fields of AV, IT and technology speaks for itself. Over the last 10 years, his technical and management positions at companies including Van Berge Henegouwen and Imtech N.V. have seen him involved in multiple large scale, complex projects demanding strategic alliances and meticulous standards in high quality. He brings with him a unique understanding of the varying European commercial cultures and knowledge of multiple shipyards having worked on projects across Europe, from The Netherlands and Germany to France, Italy, Greece and Turkey. His experience and involvement in over 25 new build yachts, some of which are the largest the industry has ever produced, ensure ONE XP clients receive the best end result possible.

Sandra underpins and maintains the company’s day to day operability. With responsibilities for the general office management, administration and human resources in addition to her role as PA and secretary for the Director, Sandra is the driving force behind efficiency and smooth operation. She guarantees the well coordinated and professional administrative backbone that supports the entire ONE team.

Sandra’s career to date has rather uniquely embodied everything her role at ONE XP requires. Introduced to the yachting industry by her family, Sandra has first hand experience of how it is to be on board and at sea and it is what led her to a subsequent career in the AV & IT sector. It is whilst working for the family catering business during yacht sea trials that the opportunity arose for a career change. An opportunity that led to 10 years working for Van Berge Henegouwen following a 3 year period of working full time for its related marine documentation company. During this 13 year period, Sandra’s work included many office, administrative and secretarial responsibilities. Her background, skill set and experience have earned her considerable knowledge and ability not only for her actual role but also of the yachting and the AV & IT market sectors.

Christian manages everything related to IT as well as heading up a team of technical specialists. His role stems from extensive technical experience having being involved in the configuration, design and commissioning of IT systems on board of some of the industry’s largest superyachts. Driven by the complexity that the very nature of superyacht systems creates as well as the challenges surrounding ever evolving technology, he is a highly dedicated and skilled technical specialist with a genuine personal passion for his work.

His road in to IT follows a significant career change 6 years ago, when he made the move from environmental services in to AV and IT. Whilst working as an engineer advising on, investigating and reporting on soil samples, a career based on his environmental services studies, Christian took on the additional role of redesigning the company’s IT. This included the implementation of remote desktop computing across 3 locations. Forming an ever larger part of his work and fast becoming the focus of his true interests, he soon made the decision to make the move in to a different career. From here he moved to Van Berge Henegouwen marking the start of his future in working in the AV & IT sector. Christian’s desire to continuously broaden his skill set and master new challenges beyond his comfort zone whilst still providing a high level of service and quality make him a diverse asset to the ONE technical team.

Jerry is responsible for overseeing the realization of the company’s projects. Taking a proactive and key role in being involved and managing each and every stage, even from the initial sales proposal and specification development, Jerry prides himself on knowing and understanding every project detail and Owner’s expectation at every turn. This hands on, in-depth approach allows him to build up a very unique rapport with the client and project team, is crucial for managing expectations and functionality realization and is significantly beneficial to successfully managing a project for both ONE XP and the client.

Jerry’s route to both the yachting and AV & IT sectors grew from one of opportunity and passion. With a Technical Business Management education and a commercial and technical career in the automotive sector, it was experiencing the launch of a superyacht that ignited a new personal and professional ambition. His desire to work in the superyacht industry and personal interest in AV & IT became a reality as he embarked upon a 6 year career at Van Berge Henegouwen as both a Lead Sales Engineer and a Project Manager. His experience, passion and motivation bring a unique enthusiasm and drive to all of Jerry’s work with exceptional results.

Working as part of the engineering team, Joost is responsible for all technical drawings related to ONE XP’s project specific schedules and systems. The technical drawings form a critical and substantial part of each and every project and as such, require excellent attention to detail, exceptional CAD skills and an extensive understanding and knowledge of audio, video and IT systems. Joost brings with him not only all of these attributes but in addition a vast knowledge and experience of AV equipment, CAD drawing and engineering making him an incredibly dynamic and skilled member of the team.

Joost’s career to date has spanned 20 years working in and around AV systems, products and engineering. He has significant experience in developing AV equipment and products including those used in a large chain of hotels throughout the Netherlands. One of his career highlights was his involvement in designing a unique high-tech conference table which features fully integrated AV & IT facilities for modern meeting requirements balancing technology, design, aesthetics and practical functionality. It is this all round experience and genuine passion for achieving the extraordinary that will ensure that ONE XP systems and clients benefit on every level.

Brian joined the company as a student, initially involved in market research. The fast growing nature of ONE XP and the ever growing work load quickly saw that role develop and Brian move straight in to his current role assisting on all aspects of project. His main responsibility lies in managing all equipment required for a project and monitoring and recording the related prices and budgets as well as documenting room by room hardware and functionality.

Brian fits in his role at ONE XP around his studies in International Business Management in The Hague. Since joining ONE XP his work has seen him travel to Barcelona, visit yacht projects and learn new skills such as programming. His work is certainly following a different path to the one he had previously envisaged for his future, in Human Research Management or Finance. However, now in his final year of education and having been involved in the company, the industry and his function, he knows he is now doing exactly what he wants to be doing. The journey may be unexpected but he is delighted with where it is taking him.

Originally from Romania, Vlad’s role within the company as an IT Engineer includes responsibilities for all IT systems and IT related work both on board and in the office. Configuring laptops, installing operating systems and managing servers form just some of the key jobs he is tasked with to keep ONE XP systems up and running.

Vlad joins ONE XP having lived and worked in The Netherlands for 5 years, a period of time which has seen him embrace and pick up the notoriously difficult Dutch language. During his time in The Netherlands, he has worked in the superyacht industry in both IT and electrical engineering for Dutch electrical contractor Alewijnse. His roles with this company encompassed all the technical aspects required to finish projects and included work at a leading superyacht shipyard as an electrician and as an engineer for IT and commissioning. His IT and electrical skill set, love of technical work and his appreciation for the superyacht industry come together in his role at ONE XP fueling his professional drive and personal pride making him a valuable asset to the team.

The nature of Lavenn’s role, whilst in the main sales related, is certainly diverse. In addition to actual project related tasks such as managing aspects of the specification he is also responsible for going through and updating documentation and is involved in the quotation process and preparation. Hardworking and meticulous, Lavenn is dedicated to this varied and fast evolving role which is quickly seeing his responsibilities grow as he embraces every opportunity to become more deeply involved in each project he is assigned to.

Lavenn’s position at ONE marks the start of his career following his studies in Business Admin. During his degree he carried out two internships, the first being a B2B sales related position and the second a research focussed internship looking in to what was needed to establish a new business model for an IT service support company and if the opportunity was in fact viable. In combination with his natural flair for business and strong work ethics, both of these positions have provided him with valuable work experience and solid foundations for the skill sets his role at ONE requires.

Maria forms the administrative core of ONE’s Finance Department. Responsible for all financial admin, registration, reports and processing, Maria maintains the ‘balance’ that is integral to the smooth and successful operation of all company processes and projects. Her natural head for figures and experience in both finance and logistics ensures organization and efficiency run throughout the financial heart of the company for optimized operability.

Maria’s experience in finance extends over 20 years. Having graduated in Business Economics, she first worked for KPMG where her role included the management of client portfolios for a number of international businesses. Keen to expand her skill set and industry experience, Maria moved on to a logistics company which grew from 4 to 135 people during her time there. With a new found passion for both finance and logistics combined, she then went on to put her extensive and unique skills to use for another logistics company looking to centralize all of their administration across international and local branches. Her ambition and focus on forming strong administrative foundations ensure good supplier relations, sound financial roots and reassurance for all clients.

Sarah is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s marketing. A strategic and creative thinker with an exceptional eye for detail, she is focussed on maintaining and promoting our brand identity and ensuring our core values are continuously reflected. Originally from the UK and now in her 9th year living in The Netherlands, Sarah’s English language skills provide a sharp eye and additional strength for all of our documentation and textual work. Her unique experience and understanding of both our market sectors and services mean she is excellently placed to truly understand the company’s goals and values.

Sarah has worked in both the superyacht and marine leisure industries for the last 16 years. Her career has included work in the superyacht AV, IT and lighting sectors in marketing, business development and technical sales. Her combination of industry, technical and commercial experience together with her language and communication skills enable her to form that vital link between the company’s requirements and market expectation and perception. Sarah is passionate and hardworking and constantly strives to ensure the ONE brand is a true reflection of everything we stand for.

Marijn is the company’s ‘go-to’ specialist for all things audiovisual. He is involved throughout the entire ONE-XP process from initial testing of AV equipment through to final commissioning. He is responsible for ensuring hardware not only meets ONE-XP’s high expectations in terms of performance but is also set-up, programmed and configured to match customer expectation in terms of functionality and user interaction. In addition to implementing pre-installation system setups, Marijn is also actively involved in testing hardware and system configurations once installed on board as well as control system programming and system commissioning. His extensive knowledge of AV and unique understanding of how to optimize user experiences makes him a great asset to the team.

Before joining ONE-XP Marijn worked as a programmer for an AV integrator specializing in high-end home automation. It was a role that saw him working on complex projects which demanded on-site integration and commissioning as well as user interface design and programming. His passion for creating excellent and extraordinary user experiences combined with his diverse skill set and in-depth knowledge of high end technology enable Marijn to create AV configurations which provide 100% client satisfaction.

Sander’s role incorporates everything needed to make a project work. It is a diverse and hands-on position which sees him involved throughout the entire project process. Engaged from the outset in the system design, he is responsible for engineering a system that not only truly reflects the specification and client wishes but also works as well on board as it does on drawings. Post design his work is more hardware and installation focused including pre-fabricating complete racks, onboard installation and configuration of all equipment and rigorous testing to ensure optimal system functionality. Sander is a skilled and capable engineer whose valuable experience of AV and onboard yacht systems are reflected in the exceptional quality of his work.

He brings with him more than 7 years’ engineering experience in AV of which almost a third has been spent working on marine and superyacht projects. His career to date has seen him involved in some of the largest residential properties and AV installations in The Netherlands as well as engineering a significant number of superyacht systems. Hardworking and dedicated to making sure a system is the absolute best it can be, Sander is able to apply his vast knowledge to create extraordinary onboard experience for our clients.

As a Junior IT Specialist for ONE, everything related to the network, both on client projects and in the office, is directed in to Marco’s capable hands. He is driven by an ambition to reinforce his commercial and IT skills with more practical experience of systems and networks. Quick to embrace ‘hands-on’ opportunities and supported by an aptitude for fast learning, problem-solving and customer service he is a valued and dynamic member of the IT department.

Marco originally started out in commercial banking and insurance but quickly made a move to follow his personal interest in IT. Having experienced the more managerial side related to IT systems, it was his determination to learn more about the practical aspects that led him to ONE. It is this assertive attitude and willingness to embrace opportunities that have seen Marco achieve success throughout his studies and work so far. His ambition and proactive mindset balanced with a dedication to learning and his existing skills form the solid foundation from which to launch his new career with ONE.

Saskia’s role is one of both support and assistance, dedicated to ensuring that the company and the team have everything in place to get the job done. She is responsible for maintaining the day to day operations in terms of HR, travel and administrative tasks as well as being the right hand woman to the Office Manager, keeping the team up and running and ready for growth. Her outgoing and engaging personality, readiness to take on any challenge and unique skill set make Saskia an asset to the company.

With over 7 years experience in the Marine and Offshore sector working in both Purchase and as a Crewing Officer, Saskia has a unique understanding of the challenges that the Marine sector often produces for both team members and operational requirements. Her additional experience in Quality Control in tourism, working in the UAE and later as a Management Assistant for a large electrical retailer provide Saskia with a unique skill set all of which are aimed at client satisfaction and optimized organization. Self assured, motivated and charismatic, Saskia is a natural fit for the ONE team.

Marcia’s main tasks are related to the administration of the company’s resources. She is responsible for managing the accounts receivables and payables for the organization as well as updating the accounting system. Efficient, systematic and diligent, she plays an integral part in keeping the administration and accounts in order and in doing so contributes to the smooth and continuous operation of the entire business.

Whilst the AV and superyacht sectors maybe new to Marcia, financial administration certainly is not. Before joining the team she fulfilled a similar role for a Dutch shipping company where she was responsible for a wide range of financial administrative tasks. It was here that she also developed strong rapports with the vessels, captains and owners she dealt with, an attribute that she has applied to her work at ONE. Marcia’s experience, professionalism and amicable personality make her a welcome and valued addition to the team.
